Non-dual awareness, generally referred to as non-duality, can be a profound spiritual strategy that transcends the standard dualistic perspective of truth. In a dualistic worldview, we perceive the planet by means of opposites: self and various, superior and bad, light and dark. Non-duality, however, reveals that these apparent separations are illu
